I turned 29 today! … and the train of thought I have been on, is from Psalm 23 verse two. The Psalmist says “He makes me to lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside the still waters.”
The sheep eat pastures, and in hindsight, this scripture seems to be saying that God our shepherd will make us sleep in our own food!
If He does that for our feeding, how much more for our money, our clothing, our children, our spouses, our families or ministries!? Why worry? when He can feed the birds? when He dresses the lilies?
Be at ease child! You’re lying in your food! That’s how extravagant His love is. Be at ease Biggie. You’re lying down in your food! How much more has He handled all the other things concerning you?!
