Psalm 75:6-7 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, Nor from the south. But God is the judge: He putteth down one, and setteth up another.
Psalm 102:13 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: For the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.
Heavenly Father, thank you for promotion comes from you, and not merely our bosses! It indeed comes from you in hindsight. You set us up! You set us higher! The time to favour us has come! Yes the set time is come!
Our finances are promoted! For you are for us and not against us. The set time is now! The job may not change, but my finances increase. The wealth of the wicked that was set apart for me, finds its way eventually into my custody. I may receive threats or thoughts of being laid off but the path of my finances shines brighter, more and more unto a perfect day!
In your word you said you’d increase my greatness and comfort me on every side. You increase the greatness of my finances. They are promoted ridiculously. I and my children shall not beg bread! We are on our way to lending to many nations.
I pray for those who long for marriage. Father may they receive the promotion in that regard. Every understanding they lack, may you teach it. So that as this promotion comes from singlehood to matrimony, that they perish not due to the knowledge you will have supplied.
We pray for those that long to be parents. May the seed and womb not fail. No pestilence shall stop this! No witchcraft, no biological anomaly, no hereditary syndrome, no exterior element, no ulterior motive, shall hinder the bringing forth to full term! This promotion is immutable! We settle this matter in Heaven!
For those dreaming of their own home, Father we receive that promotion. If you did not spare your only begotten son but delivered Him up for us all, how shall you not — together with Him, give us all these things. We receive houses filled with beautiful things that we didn’t build or fill — according to your promise.
For those tired of motorcycle transportation, bodas or ubers, Lord may they — may we — find favour in your sight! Promote us to our own cars. Set us up, for you alone have the power to!
For those yearning to study further, may this be the set time. May the necessary scholarships present themselves, and may your hand guide through the right application process and selection.
And finally Lord, we pray in line with destiny! There are so many Esthers, so many Josephs, so many Daniels, so many Ruths, so many of your chosen ones, who know not what’s next. May today be the day that Pharaoh sends for that Joseph. May today be the day that Boaz notices that Ruth. May today be the day that Nebuchadnezzar forgets that dream! May today be the day that Hegai advises Esther on what the King likes and doesn’t like! And may today be the day that we meet those we are aligned in purpose to help or advantage!
