Your Waters shall be Sure!

Isaiah 33:16 He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions (fortress) of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.

There was a time, when God was speaking to me about my dreams. Figuratively, they are expressed as pregnancies in many scenarios and parables.

In that season, I landed on this scripture… Or should I say, He opened my eyes to what Isaiah was saying. I know this water could be in regard with the water spoken of in Exodus 23:25; that God would bless your water and bread… but, God’s multifaceted.

What came to my mind when Isaiah 33:16 I read was when a woman is few minutes away from labour: the water breaks!

But that doesn’t guarantee a safe delivery! It’s possible for the water to break, and have a still birth.

BUT!

The scripture has said your waters shall be SURE!

SUREEEE!

God’s word won’t return void. His not a man that He should lie.

As you dream again, and create your goals to attain your vision, know that your waters shall be certain and non-failing! In the labour context, that means you WON’T MISCARRY!

As you head out into business, your ideas will be fruitful! All you do shall prosper! Your proposals will break through!

‘Sure’ also means ‘safe, or free from danger.’

Your ‘seed’ will be protected. Your copyright will be defended by the integrity of God’s very word! Whatever your womb carries will be sure! The Holy Spirit — your midwife, will safely enable you deliver.

Whatever your womb carries will have no complications during birth. It shall be sure! The LORD of hosts will preserve your seed from ALL EVIL! And yes, you’ll long enjoy the fruit of your womb!

Isaiah 65:19-23 I’ll take joy in Jerusalem, take delight in my people: No more sounds of weeping in the city, no cries of anguish;

No more babies dying in the cradle, or old people who don’t enjoy a full lifetime; One-hundredth birthdays will be considered normal–anything less will seem like a cheat. They’ll build houses and move in.

They’ll plant fields and eat what they grow. No more building a house that some outsider takes over, No more planting fields that some enemy confiscates, For my people will be as long-lived as trees, my chosen ones will have satisfaction in their work.

They won’t work and have nothing come of it, they won’t have children snatched out from under them. For they themselves are plantings blessed by GOD, with their children and grandchildren likewise GOD-blessed.(MSG)
