No One Shall Steal Your (Wo)Man!

I don’t know who really needs this, but here we go! Peers are such a factor when it comes to induction of pressure! A time comes in your life where timelines clash! Your friends might be dating and you’re not!

They might be buying plots of land, gaining promotions at work, starting to build mansions but you are not! They then tell you to hurry up! The men or women in the world are all getting snatched!

Hurry up, land in Uganda is all getting bought! And then you just don’t know what to do! Worry sets in, and you age like unfine wine! The theme scripture states that The Lord is a portion of your inheritance!

I mean; YOU INHERITED GOD! That alone is enough! Let them take all the ladies! The God you inherited, manufactures those very same ladies! He’ll put you into a deep sleep and eject a rib to make you one if need be!

Let them buy all the land in the world, the God you inherited, can make you an entire planet to live on for FREE! Think about it!

God knows all things right? And the psalmist states that He is the portion of your cup… He’s what you drink! When you drink a fluid it has an effect on you! Be it coffee, coca-cola or water!

These produce nutrients that flow into our blood and are transported throughout our bodies! Now picture God running through your blood constantly! What immense power! No germ can prevail… When he gets to your brain, He shares with it of the all things He knows about you.

And what does He know about you?

Everything! His thoughts about you are as numerous as the sand grains on the lakeshore… You’ll know all things concerning you! (1 John 2:20)

I digress!

If that previous part was hard to comprehend, let me make things easier! The latter part of the same verse says HE MAINTAINS YOUR LOT! Lot means allotment and allotment means That which is allotted; a share, part, or portion granted or distributed; that which is assigned by lot, or by the act of God; anything set apart for a special use or to a distinct party.

God’s written your entire story! He knows your (wo)man! He knows your family! He knows your home! You have to trust that He knows! Lot also has another synonym; Destiny!

The Lord maintains your destiny! Is He destined for you? God will maintain Him for you! Is She destined for you? God will maintain her for you!

If a certain one isn’t meant for you, God won’t maintain him or her for you! Which is okay if you’ve submitted to God! If not, you’ll end up fighting over someone who’s not meant for you. Child, let go!

But what does the word maintain mean?
It means to support, keep up, uphold, preserve, declare or affirm! So if we substitute these antonyms into our previous paragraph, if he or she is destined for you, God shall preserve them for you!

To preserve is to protect; to keep from harm or injury, to save from decay (other snatchers) by the use of some preservative (God himself) ,to keep intact (so that when the time is right, you are still as attracted to that person as when you first fell in love with him or her)

To maintain also means to assert (To declare with assurance or plainly and strongly; to state positively…) that she or he is yours. To know if God’s maintaining him or her for you, He’ll ASSURE you! He’ll TELL you whether he or she’s the one!

If you don’t hear God’s assurance…dear brother or sister, slow down! You’d be investing in the wrong human! Save yourself heartbreaks, wait for God’s voice!

Him maintaining your lot means you minding his business as He minds yours! Note; It’s God to tell you whether he or she is your mate (Out of intimacy you’ve developed with Him overtime) Not you forcing Him to tell you who it’ll be!

If you coerce him, He will keep his lips shut, and you might think He doesn’t love, and then you go on like the rest of them…Trial and error! Doing it all by yourself, and yet God wants so much to be your sidekick!

Now that I’ve told you, don’t pretend to love God, just so that He’d tell you who you’ll end up with! Child, there’s more to life than just getting married! There’s purpose! I’m not degrading marriage… I just don’t want you to lust for it!

How can you know that your lusting for it… which is a sin to God?

You can tell if your reason behind marriage is just to show off to that person or people (especially the peers that were pressuring you) that you got that ring!

They’ll high five you, and then you’ll realize that you’d just been playing a betting game into a no-joking area! Don’t rush life! Let God do His ‘thang!’ However long it takes, give yourself to God entirely, and amidst the surrender, He’ll reveal everything to you!

Don’t worry, no one will steal your man or woman! Check this out;

Job 1:10 Have You not put a hedge about him and his house and all that he has, on every side?…..

Let me help you paint a clearer picture,

God has put a ring of fire, a chasm of hot boiling lava, electric wires, huge rolls of barbed wire, land mines, angels, grenades, thorns, dragons, lightning, thunder and sulphuric acid around all you have on every side!

Your future spouse is among all that you have! Whoever comes close to that ring gets burnt! Those who try won’t get in!

All that you have also includes your job, your house, your land, your vineyards & plantations and wealths…etc!

Relax, God is your invisible watchman that no one sees! What’s yours is safe!

Refuse to be intimidated by the world!
