Having The Mind of Christ: What it means!

Recently I was feeling plan-less & I asked God, ‘What is on your mind?’… It hit me, that I rarely ask God for His opinion! We always have plots & thoughts, but do we ever bother asking God what his view is?

I wanted to buy an iPhone recently just for just…I was willing to do anyyyyyything to get it. When I consulted God (His Mind)

He instead showed me a Camon. It’s a perfect one for me, it was AFFORDABLE first of all. It’s camera is out of this world (which I strongly need as an artist to market my pieces) and the storage, RAM, they are all good.

For starters I think, having the mind of Christ, is a guarantee that we have access to inquire of God about basic details even as small as phones!

I’m not saying I won’t own an iPhone one day, God’s saying, for now, it’s not what’s best for you!

If you’re keen about the English, having the mind of Christ means, you don’t have to do the thinking alone. The peer pressure, the pressure to select which school to go to, or which job….You can say ‘Let me inquire of Christ’s mind’

It makes the walk easier! It’s like always having a personal consultant in your life; from things as which shoe to buy to things as where to build your house!

You have a Personal Forever Consultant, who’s not just any…but The author of your life! Who’ll never leave you nor forsake you! Who’s in a better position to advise you all your life than He?

In addition, having The Mind of Christ means being all knowing! 1 John 2:20 But ye have an unction from the Holy One, and ye know all things

You may not know everything literally, for example the length or width of River Nile, but you’d know the things according to purpose! For example, you’d know your future spouse.

As the world thinks of dating over 7 people before settling, God wants you to save time.

Having the mind of Christ means being wiser than your age! (Psalms 119:99 I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies [are] my meditation.)

This means you’re an answer to prayers. At call counselling at my Church, we call people to check on them, but the person you can call could be a 60 year old with issues you’ve never heard of…

Or a married person whose marriage seems to be void of something, but by The Spirit, you give them a sure word, which can help restore it to a fresh joyful restart… (Particularly it’d be a verse which they can doth meditate on,etc)

Someone can ask… How can you advise a couple yet you are not married? Or how can you advise men older than you working in an entirely different field having even more work experience than you’ve ever had!

That’s just the world’s thinking. The mind of Christ states differently!

Having The Mind of Christ, means having the brilliant-est of ideas!!!!!! Have you seen what God created!!! The 1000000 spieces of birds!!!! That’s so breathtaking! The 7 billion unique thumbprints out there, I be thinking how far does God go to ensure that you’re the only Rita who looks like you in the whoooooole world!

How far does He go to ensure that you’re the only one who looks like that in the whoooole world!

That’s creativity! Originality! Uniqueness! Having His mind means these attributes are reborn in you! You are also creative! Original… Whatever you do is beyond unique!

Your ideas! Your creations! Your thoughts are deeper than any human can fathom, because you harbor the mind of the deepest force in the Universe!

I can relate to this! Whenever I make an artpiece, I confess ‘I have the mind of Christ!’ In the end, when I finish the masterpiece, I look at myself and say ‘Biggie, you are not that smart…’

But oh….My mind was upgraded, from a normal one to the One of The most High. It’s like being on Pentium 1 and then you upgrade your system to iCore 100…

It’s like being on 2G and then you metamorphose to 8G network!!! You think no laziness, you think no failure, you’re always speaking of good virtues and you’re convinced that nothing’s impossible nor too hard to get done by God through you!

That’s what it means to have the mind of Christ!
