Just like God sends His word to heal us, He sends His word to light up our destinies and callings. He sent a word to Jacob, but He was churning out Israel (A NATION). Without an encounter with the sent word, the Israel in you will not surface! If you don’t heed to it, the nation will not manifest!
If the word of God has never questioned your decisions, or rarely does so, you must question your devotion to Him! If scripture is challenging your thought process, then it is true the mind of Christ is forming (or formed) in your intellect.
Eternal life doesn’t begin in heaven. It begins the moment you intentionally start to KNOW Him! The idolatry here is us longing for heaven and not for Him who made heaven — Wanting the gift more than the gifter!
