The psalmist said to his soul in the 103rd chapter, to bless the Lord — with all that was within it! And not to forget the Lord’s benefits! O yes! The Lord is a friend with benefits too!
Part of these are; the forgiveness of our sins — not the condemnation thereof; the healing of our diseases — not the bringing of them; the redeeming from destruction, not the punishment by it; our crowning with lovingkindness — not curses; and the satisfying of our mouths with good things — not bad things!
It is He who satisfies our mouths with good things … Key word here is ‘satisfies’. Not ‘tickles’ or ‘tempts’. He is not letting good things drip in drops. The faucet is wide open!
He never struck Job no! He is good! Only good gifts come from Him! Not evil! That must be settled in our minds!
O bless the Lord each of ye His saints!

— Not bad things! Good things only!
He never came to steal or kill or destroy you! That is the enemy! He — rather — came that you may have life and life abundantly! Not life sparingly! Life fulsomely — not sparsely! Life exuberantly — not scarcely! Life bountifully — not stingily! Until you are satisfied!
If you are not, the train of good things will not stop coming your way! And it won’t stop even when you are! That is when you will have to bless others and share with them part of the incoming good things! For after all, we tend to share or give out, when we are honestly full.
