Banqueting

Song of Solomon 2:4a He brought me to the banqueting house …

Jesus did not bring you to a mourning house

He didn’t bring you to a house filled with lack

He didn’t bring you to a house of sickness

He brought you to a banqueting house!

Jesus did not bring you to a striving house

He didn’t bring you to a house filled with weeping

He didn’t bring you to a house of tears

He brought you to a banqueting house!

This means He brought you to a joyful house;

A house full of laughter

A house full of dancing

A house full of singing

A house full of merry

A house full of life, and life abundantly

Refuse to dwell in any other house

Even if circumstances are contradictory

He didn’t take you out of Egypt to leave you in the wilderness

Lo, a land flowing with milk & honey

Remember you’re in THE banqueting house — not A banqueting house — but THE banqueting; the Headquarters, the main office, and the chief banqueting location! Where water’s always turning into wine!

Philippians 4:4 Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.
