Isaiah 61:3b …That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.
The Lord can’t plant and it dies as a seedling. It matures and flourishes green. Its blades abiding always.
The Lord can’t plant and it fails to bring forth fruit. It flowers and buds and drops all manner of fruit round about. The birds come to feed from it.
The Lord can’t plant and it remains small or static. It rises far above the earth, becoming home to many creatures. They that see, see and fear! A mighty tree it is, they say, mighty as a mountain! It can’t be moved!
Jeremiah 32:41 Yes, I will rejoice over them to do them good, and I will PLANT them in this land assuredly and in truth with My whole heart and with My whole being.
The Lord can’t plant, and it doesn’t reproduce. Its seeds flow by the wind to reproduce the same kind in a million places.
The Lord can’t plant and it doesn’t multiply. He tends it, cutting off unfruitful branches. Mulching it and pruning. Providing shade and water where necessary.
The Lord can’t plant and it dies of disease! He watches over it to protect it from all evil. His seed alone is pure, having no corruption of pests or epidermic. When they attack, it’s them that die instead.
Isaiah 60:21 Also your people [shall] all [be] righteous; They shall inherit the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified.
The Lord can’t plant and the winds bring down. He can’t plant and the rains throw down. He’s the Lord of them also, they favor His planting! The tree isn’t moved or afraid!
The Lord can’t plant and another boast of it! No! His garden, His tree! Every tree is by a river of waters. He can’t plant and it withers! It is ever green. It is ever prospering! It is forever blessed.
The Lord can’t plant and it fears heat or drought! In fact, it doesn’t see it when it comes. It is never anxious all year and will not cease to bear fruit!
That plant is you!
