God in the Wind

It blows where it lists

It blows where it wishes

It portrays God’s indomitableness

He can’t be commanded

This is God in the Wind

It can’t be contained

It can’t be held in a hand’s furl

It portrays God’s invincibleness

He can’t be tied down

See God in the Wind

It can’t be caught

It can’t be imprisoned in any cage

It portrays God’s indestructibility

He can’t be locked up

Lo, God in the Wind

It makes every leaf dance

It makes trees bow

It portrays God’s influence

He can do anything, even what’s impossible

Behold God in the Wind

It can’t be seen

It can be felt though

It portrays God’s invisibleness

He is everywhere

Perceive God in the Wind

It is seen by creatures around

It stirs the sea when angry

It portrays God’s indignation

Oh let’s not grieve Him

Let’s not provoke His judgment

It sets sails flamboyant

It harbors the oxygen we breath

It portrays God’s infinity

He is life itself

God is the Wind

It is known by a thousand languages

It is the same for blacks or whites or tans

It portrays God’s omnipresence

He is everywhere

Yes, even with you in that situation

It blows smooth

It signifies & defines peace

It portrays God’s imprint

He defines us; for He made each one of us

I’ll say that again

He alone defines us; and knows our individual purpose

The wind He knows & created & told what to do

He knows you too! From the fibre of your hair, to your complex DNA signature
