How to live forever!

1 Corinthians 13:8 Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled and pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed and cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth].

Love, and God’s Word, are the two things that I have come across in the Bible that are mentioned to live on forever!

Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

In the Old testament, the psalmist says this;

Psalms 119:89 Forever, O LORD, Your word is settled in heaven.

The Word shall not pass away, and no wonder, forever, is the Word settled in Heaven; forever!

1 Peter 1:22-23 says Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, by the word of God which lives and abides forever

This portion tells us that we ought to love, for if our Father is love (1 John 4:8), then we too are love.

This only means one thing; that he or she that will live forever as God, has to share in the same substance which He is, which are love & the Word.

No wonder His word is forever settled in Heaven. For one to settle in Heaven, they have to be the Word, for God Himself is (John 1:1). And to be any of these, you only have to be born again by receiving Christ, who is eternal life (John 17:3), who’s love, who’s the Word and who’s God.

Receive Him today if you haven’t. He alone bears the capacity to transform you into an object of love, of Word, and make you one with God so that you too won’t pass away through eternal damnation and fires, but escape perishing and reign gloriously!

Receiving Him alone is how you can live forever! For to live forever, you have to attain the substance and form of the thing that will live forever —The Word.
