From the story of the fig tree, in Matthew 21, is where I derive my teaching today on The Mind of things or creation. It’s been years now, since the revelation of ‘All things are alive’ has dwelt with me.
We tend to think being alive is only unto man. But there’s a life that can cloth a thing when God commands it into that thing. Jesus said if those who praised him while he entered Jerusalem chose silence, the stones would praise him.
But stones are dead! How can they possibly praise? It takes a deep man to see that the trees worship God by the wind, even if they have no soul. If then, all things are alive! I conclude that they all have ears and that’s how the stones would take up the praise parade, if men suffered their lips not to move.
We’ve seen God command the seas, and the winds. We’ve seen God say ‘let there be light’ and the light could not dare say ‘I don’t want to BE!’ Notice how these, all respond to God’s decrees!
But can men decree too and winds obey? Of course (Jer 22:28) How many, though, can command seas? How many men can tell this to go, and that to come! I don’t know how many, but of the few that can, you can be among!
When you get born again, you and God become One! The significance of that is ‘Creation won’t know who said what!’ You’ll speak and the birds will hear God. You’ll sneeze and the angels will reply ‘Bless you!’
What have you desired?
Is it a child? Money? Call it! It has ears. No wonder Jesus said ‘Whosoever shall say unto this mountain…’ (Mark 11:23) We say words to things that can hear, and the bible didn’t get it wrong when it wrote that part that way.
In all this, there’s a catch though.
Things won’t respond to you if you’re merely human. Your human spirit ought to be dead, and replaced by God’s! In that way, you become a son of God. And all creation waits for the manifestation of the sons of God (Rom 8:19)…
That means if you call upon any creation, and it reacts not, or if it doesn’t respond to you, then it’s either because of your human spirit, (and if you are already born again,) then you just don’t know who you are!
Creation will only respond to you, if you know who you are as a SON OF GOD. Until then, it’ll continue waiting…
In case you are born again, begin talking to things today. Practise the act. It’s crazy, but that’s a good trait. God must have been crazy speaking to stuff He couldn’t see in the beginning. If you speak crazy, then you’re God’s real child. No DNA test needed.
Matthew 21:18-21 Now in the morning, as He returned to the city, He was hungry. And seeing a fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it but leaves, and said to it, “Let no fruit grow on you ever again.” Immediately the fig tree withered away. And when the disciples saw [it,] they marveled, saying, “How did the fig tree wither away so soon?” So Jesus answered and said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith and do not doubt, you will not only do what was done to the fig tree, but also if you say to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ it will be done.
The fact that the tree withered actually means that it HEARD Jesus say, ‘DRY UP’ indirectly! It heard him there and then!
Thus is the mind of things guys. They all HEAR you. That circumstance or situation hears you. Is it a job you want! Is it a colorful wedding you want? Speak to it! Speak what you want to see.
Is it shoes? Is it that destiny helper? Is it business partners? Is it a cancer to go? Fibroid? Diabetes? …. (Name it)
Yes, TALK TO IT!
Now when you talk, don’t go checking on it. That’ll be like planting a seed and then unsoiling it. Why? Your word doesn’t return void (Isa 55:10-11|1 Pet 1:23) No wonder Jesus spoke and moved on!
Elijah spoke there’d be no rain, and there wasn’t! The next time He prayed, he didn’t talk to the rain. The bible says ‘He prayed’ meaning that here, he focused on God to open up the heavens, and then 2, he sent his servant to check whether the weather had changed. Unbelief! How’s come he never “checked” for the rains the first time?
He forgot the power of His word!
Don’t you forget it!
Every time I speak, I tell the things I’m talking to that they are in danger of the curse of the fig tree. That causes them to fear. (Deut 28:10) But above all, it sets my mind on the truth that my word carries tremendous power!
So… With this knowledge, try talking to that thing again! The mind of things (whether living or non living) is,
They hear you when you call (or talk to) them!
