Of Teeth & Meat

If you are a keen Bible scholar, I’m sure, you have a hint on what meat means according to the New Testament. Meat according to Paul is food for the mature in Spirit. (Heb 5:14)

Milk is for the spiritual babes (as he calls them in 1 Cor 3:1-3) It basically means they are not capable to CHEW meat just like babies. In essence, their teeth haven’t developed yet to munch or grind the meat (in other words the uneasily explained depths in scriptures or matters hidden in God)

Several times, I have had a similar dream. This dream is about teeth. In one or the other, I find that I’m experiencing a teeth ailment. It’s like my teeth are being pressed on all side and the pain is so incessant that I just want them all out.

In the end of each of those dreams, I lost a set of teeth, being left with about 4 to 6 teeth in different corners of the mouth. But what use are they if the molars and canines are out? Those are the mains for meat processing.

In all these, there’s always a thin line between reality and the reverie. It was so unvivid whether I was awake or asleep. But it is a sort of dream that makes me nervous.

Taking the case to God, He said ‘The enemy is not happy with you having all your teeth in. You’re chewing in much revelation.‘

Obviously there had been some invisible force causing my teeth to hurt so bad. That was the enemy incarnate invisibly.

Several times, Christians get shaken when they hear the enemy is involved. But the bible says ‘It’s us who resist the devil and he shall flee.’ (James 4:7) Do you know what fleeing is? This is it;

So, what would be your normal reaction be if you received such a message from God? Would you panic that the enemy is onto you? There’s a gospel that is not being preached commonly, today; the kind that rejoices with persecution;

Paul got these, and not in allegorical dreams like me or some sort of parable. He was literally stoned, beaten, thrashed etc. In his mind, he knew deep down the secret of all these repercussions. On top, it could be something else, but in another dimension, hate mail from the devil!

Men think the enemy is going to finish them off, but if such messages that require decoding come to you, know that you are dangerous to the enemy. So DANGEROUS that he paints a lie so that you’d cower and draw back from your true power! This is how Paul must have interpreted the enemies’ grenades at him…

Pick a leaf!

Gird up your loins! Read that word more! Pray in those tongues more! Preach the good tidings more! The devil is going to send you more threats! You’re going to receive more hate mail from him. But that’s when you rejoice!

For part of your mission is to give him a headache! Yes, if you’re not doing that, then he wouldn’t be threatening you! Remember victory is already yours. Think about this;

If by the time the enemy sees so much potential in you; that he tries to threaten you, how much more must you be aware of the trouble you must be causing him and the havoc you’re going to continue to rain down on his kingdom!

Way forward?

BITE MORE MEAT! Increase in revelation! Loosen those that are bound! Continue freeing the captives! Continue resurrecting the dead! Continue healing the sick! Continue giving beauty for ashes! Joy for mourning! It’s your lifestyle from now on!

Meat and threats and all…!
