I own a big business. I deal in hand written cards. Valentine cards, Easter cards, Graduation, Celebration, Birthday cards, Et cetera. Last September, I began making Success cards. It was the season!
God had advised me to distribute to schools and Naalya SS was first. It so happened the girl who was supposed to sell for me the cards at the school forgot them at home…yet it’s a boarding school, and well, it was two weeks after the term had started!
Now you must understand that I wasn’t really doing well, at all financially! The world came to mind; Thoughts of depression, brokenness gathered like nimbus clouds in my mind and made it rain anxiety and hopelessness. At that moment, I swung into the blues and I started feeling self pity!
Having the Holy Spirit in us is a good thing! He brought to remembrance that being carnal is death! He quickly deposited God’s word of life into my mind!
He said ‘Be anxious for nothing, it is well with the righteous, the wealth of the seas has already been turned over to you!’ As he kept speaking, my mind rebooted! The word had come to mind! It didn’t bring the cash I was expecting, but, I felt sooooo much Peace & Life!
Any word of the world, any of it, can twist your mind and make it think gloom! Any word of God, any of it is able to recalibrate your mind, and place it and keep it at Peace!
