“As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.” Romans 4:17 (KJV)
It is in the nature of God to call the things that are not as though as they are. He knows that life and death are in the POWER of the TONGUE (Proverbs 18:21) thus when God declares something, it must become.
If in this wisdom He calls the things that are not as though they are, do you expect Him to call you unrighteous because you made a mistake?
Do you expect Him to call you a sinner because of what you did in the flesh? No, God calls the things that are not as though they are. He called Simon a rock even when he was unstable. He called Abraham a father even before he had a son.
That’s the faith talk. That’s His kinda talk.
He calls you wise even when you act foolish. He calls you rich even when you feel poor. He calls you healthy even when your body is afflicted.
God calls that which is not as though it is because He intends it to become what He sees. Also there’s another side to this. When someone calls your name, what do you do, you respond!
When God calls you his righteousness, his righteousness responds. When someone dials your number, you pick up and talk. In the same way…When God was creating in the beginning, He called Light to be! And it became from wherever it’d been! It responded to its name.
Imagine it as if he had dialed it, and it picked up (thus responding…)
You too can call things to be! We’ve called sickness many times accidentally, but what if we called health and wealth intentionally?
They’ll hear and come to be also! When you call greatness, it picks up the phone, and says ‘Hello..’ Even when a thing you so desire has failed to show up, keep calling it. Unlike stalking, you’re God’s child!
These can’t fail to respond to thee!
Hallelujah!
