Romans 8:28

This was supposed to be it! One of my adorable clients ordered for a wall hanging! This is how I imagined it to be. Now those individual plaques had to get glued and a string to hang them by were the only two more steps to completion!

I took them back and explained to this carpenter what to do…I went through it with him a million times… And when I walk away, he delegates the work to someone else! I return after 2 hours, and this was how the piece read. “ Some are real stories in this house we tell stories its fun and exciting others are made up!

Ho..thank God for patience and slow-to-anger power in us! The man I gave the work was complaining and yet he’d taken the pictures of the right order of things! This teaches us to give our work 100% of all we are!

For his carelessness he had to pick from his own cash to buy more glue after re-splitting the plaques! It took more 2 hours! The parts where the saw had passed were now cream and not brown, as the brown color had been sprayed on. So what did I do?

I insisted that the cream parts be covered! I did it myself…and oops…it was a darker shade of brown! I ruined the piece

This how it was looking like! I was losing my mind now! The most beautiful piece was getting ruined! I breathed, and carried it home like that! Now I had to cover up those parts! They say any mistake is a design in art! But damn….I’m an excellent guy! Perfectionist maybe!

Meanwhile, Romans 8:28 came into my mind all by it self! I barked at it to get out of the way!I go back home and get black paint! So I cover up those dark brown parts you see… I see something trying to come up…but eh, something seems to be missing!

I’m led to cover even the borders with the same paint in such an uneven way! I finished painting it and went to sleep! I was still mad! I woke up in the morning, ready to take the piece and others for delivery. Oh My God! This masterpiece took my breath away!

You can clearly see it’s far much better than the first one!

Here’s another scenario; I had to write Patra’s name on her phone case. I did so the first time, but she returned it for some corrections to be made.

In the process, there was an accident, and the phone case got fried! It was rubber so it melted! I panicked and bought another one unbeknownst to her. I sprayed gold on it…then gold and silver, then my gold spray can jammed! It was so frustrating!

It could no longer spray! And yet I had to correct the error within 3 hours. My intuition told me to spray the whole phone case silver! I did! I patched it up with black & finally her name in gold!

I took both the fried phone case and the silver one! She never yelled about the fried phone case! She screamed at the silver one saying, ‘How did you know that silver was my best color?’

I sat there… Frozen & shocked! I just made a phone case with the customer’s favorite color! And she loved it so much beyond words can say!

I want to encourage you today! That even when it all seems like a mess! Yes, even when the devil planned to screw you up, God will turn it all around for your good!I’m a witness!

My intuition was the Holy Spirit! He’ll still exams for you too!
