Yours Is Self Sufficient Soil!

Gen 2:6 (the whole Earth was watered by underground springs)–

God’s allegory about how seeds should grow was wonderful. There were craters all over to water the soil so there was no need to carry watering cans! There was no need for soil irrigation! There was no drought!

When Jesus said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground,” (Mark 4:26) He meant that God’s word ought to be sown in each one of our hearts! The ground is your heart!

How do seeds work? The components for seed growth are moisture, oxygen & warmth, or light (the right temperature)!

Now the coming of rain was after the fall of man! When the Bible states springs burst forth on a daily, it meant real springs… Not just underground water!

In one view, rain represents insufficiency! It’s like going to the well or a river far from your home! You realise that’s so different from having a tap or water supplied to your personal home which is likened to the springs bursting forth in your own home!

When we get born again, we are reinstated to God’s initial plan of self-sufficient soil. Which doesn’t have to wait for the wet season to arrive so that it gets a bath!

God wanted to sow his seed in your heart and have it grow straight away without waiting for waters from outside, or light from outside or oxygen! So what did He do? He placed all these in you!

The Light; You’re the light of the world (Matt 5:13) The Oxygen; You’re the breath of life (Gen 2:7) The moisture; You’ve rivers of living waters (John 7:38)

When you sow God’s word as seed, you have all the complete ingredients for the seed to grow in your heart which is soil… What has God said? Has He said wealth and riches are in your house? Has He said you’ll trample over snakes and scorpions and nothing shall harm you?

Has He said that certain signs shall follow you; signs to heal the sick and raise the dead? Has He? Then when you believe what He has said…that represents the planting!

When we tend to what He’s said by meditation, it represents our affirmation of burying the seed! Now that seed will germinate in your heart & slowly by slowly the signs will show each level of germination the seed you sowed has reached.

Mark 4:28 For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head.

One day; it’ll be harvest time for whatever you’ll have planted! The scriptures you planted will be vast trees now, visible and seen by everyone in the physical…

So…

Plant, plant, plant! The only reason you seem way behind is because you haven’t sowed as much God’s seed in your heart like the men you look up to!

When you’re sure you’ve done all you can, give it time. For no plant grows overnight! Remember that there’s no excuse that the seed you’ve planted won’t grow…

God’s given your heart all the best ingredients required by the seeds to germinate!

Beware! That if you don’t plant God’s seed, the weeds (lying vanities and the false knowledge of the world) will find their way into your soil!

They sprout by the things we SAY! Or by what the environment we’ve grown up from dictates! For example you’ve heard such; ‘In our family background, we are poor generally!’

That’s a weed that’s either trying to grow or has bloomed! Your soil doesn’t segregate, the conditions of your heart are so perfect for anything to flourish!

Plant the Right seed in your fertile soil!
