The other day, during dinner time, we were watching news. Aljazeera was showing Russia was experiencing extreme cold…The temperatures were less than negative 10 degrees! The water when thrown in air automatically turned into steam! (I don’t know the physics behind that)
At the same time, same news, different place, it was shown that Europe was experiencing the highest heat wave ever recorded! And then in Uganda we are experiencing rainy days!
Note, it’s the same earth, same 21st century but different places! I wondered what the Spirit of God was up to this time again! He came in and said…
‘Child, as you have noticed, a lesson is to be learnt here. You going through something, doesn’t mean someone else is experiencing the same and someone going through it does not mean you’re meant to experience it!’
Allow me to clarify. If a certain place is going through drought and scotch, (poverty & lack) it doesn’t mean You’re going through the same. You’d be enjoying rainy days (abundance and wealth)
Like the weathers and climates, none are ever the same throughout the whole world. Somewhere it’s night while the other half of the world is day! It’s not a must that if someone is experiencing poverty that all of us are subjected unto the same curse!
Have you met people who say ‘Oh, the world is such a harsh place to live in, January is such a year, wealth doesn’t come easy, you can’t become rich until you rich a certain age, marriage is horrific…’
Flee from such!
Do you know what’s happening? They are trying to influence their climate to contaminate yours! Do not let that happen! You can choose to enjoy good weather in your life! I’m not meaning physical weather…I mean well being weather!
The Bible says in Psalms 91:5-7 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; [nor] for the arrow [that] flieth by day; [Nor] for the pestilence [that] walketh in darkness; [nor] for the destruction [that] wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; [but] it shall not come nigh thee.
If someone has fear weather over them, you can be different and not afraid! Don’t let others’ circumstances affect your good sweet happy weather! As thousands fall on your right, you’ll remain standing… As it’s hot in their lives, you’ll be enjoying rain!
It’s possible for the economy to be crumbling and have you not affected! It’s possible for others to be sickly and have you enjoying perfect health! It all begins with which kind of weather you think about!
If you think of drought and harsh weather, it will become! (Proverbs 23:7 states as a man thinks, so is he) Think of it long enough and it’ll permanently affect your climate! If you adopt other people’s bad weather (through their speech and vain traditions) thinking it’s meant to be for everyone, it eventually comes to you!
If you think ‘Oh no, this sickness outbreak I can’t survive, I think I’m going to catch it as well…’ It’ll eventually come! And the vice versa is more true!
Guard your heart from such…(Prov 4:23) For if your heart accepts it, you speak it, and if you speak it you create it (2 Cor 4:13)!
Create you some good weather and be determined to keep it but even when bad weather comes, remember your climate! Climate doesn’t change regularly like weather!
Climate is permanent! Year in, year out! Weather changes daily; sunny, cloudy, windy, misty etc. If I’m near the equator, I experience equatorial climate!
It’s said that for equatorial climate it rains heavily through out the year! So what if I wake up in June and it’s so hot on a random day…Does that mean rain doesn’t exist! No! That’s the weather of the day, not the climate of the place!
You ought to remind yourself that it is TEMPORARY! Rain’s coming any day! If say a bad thing happens to you! That’s bad weather, but then if you know that you carry around a Joyful Climate, you’ll tell yourself, ‘I might have been robbed of my ATM cards, but thank God I wasn’t beaten down to give them up!’
You choose to see the good even in bad situations!
Now for those in deserts, they are beyond used….and they’ll find it odd that you have rains! If they don’t like your climate (your wealth, your blessings) they might try to deceive you by bringing their hot weather (back biting, jealousy, laziness, mediocrity) and try to influence you to accept it!
Don’t permit it! You might not be in control of your own weather. But you are in charge of your climate!
This begins with what you say and what you feed your mind! If you feed your mind wars, deaths, sorrows of the world… All the bad stuff on TVs and media…these weathers across the world will affect your climate and make you so sad, anxious and always fearful!
But if you love laughing, worrying not, dreaming big, having fun, thinking rich, hanging out, encouraging others….these weathers as well will affect your climate and your climate will determine your constant mood!
Make known you’re perfect climate!
If you fix your climate, it’ll be it to influence others’ weathers instead. When they come to you they’ll love to stay… If they are to leave, they pick a leaf, and change their weathers which in the end influence their climate!
This could be your prayer lifestyle. Or maybe your generosity and being positive minded. When people experience Any of these from you, they’ll be touched and soon, if they’ve been blessed, they’ll do unto others what you’ve done unto them.
That’s how your climate influences others’. Yes you’d be broke temporarily (that’s just weather) but if generosity is your climate, even in that state, you’ll give! Your mindset won’t change! That’s when your climate will reign no matter what weather you’re experiencing!
